A delicious buffet
Featuring artisan breads and pastries (croissants, pain au chocolat, raisin rolls, etc.), fresh seasonal fruit and fruit salad, homemade yogurts, cheeses, butter and milk (plant-based milk available on request), cold cuts and smoked salmon, eggs, homemade cakes, homemade fruit compotes and artisan local jams, a cereal bar, waffles or crêpes, hot drinks: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and fresh fruit juices made with seasonal fruits.
Breakfast hours
From Tuesday to Friday, breakfast is served from 6:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. From Saturday to Monday and on public holidays, it is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

As we prioritise short supply chains and regional expertise, we work with trusted local artisans and producers: breads, pastries and cakes from Jean-François Foucher, fruit and vegetables from greengrocer Aux Quatre Saisons in Cherbourg, coffee from Le Cherbourg, roasted in Normandy by Mon Café Normand, and artisan jams from Mont-Saint-Michel by André Guépratte.
