Breakfast Service

The quality of our breakfasts is highly appreciated by our guests. Savory or sweet, gluten-free, homemade or carefully selected from our local suppliers*, the variety of our selection suits all tastes and helps you start the day in the best possible way.
The buffet is suitable for gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian diets.
For any specific requests, please contact reception in advance.

For €14, you can enjoy the buffet:

Fresh bread and pastries (pain au chocolat, croissants, raisin pastries, etc.)
Fresh seasonal fruit and fruit salad
Dairy products: homemade yogurts, cheeses, butter and milk (plant-based milk available on request)
Cold cuts
Smoked salmon
Homemade cakes depending on the chef’s inspiration
Homemade compotes and local jams
Cereal bar
Hot drinks: selection of coffees and teas, hot chocolate…
Cold drinks: freshly squeezed fruit juices (with seasonal fruits)
Eggs
Waffles or crêpes depending on the chef’s inspiration

You can enjoy your all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet from 6:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on weekdays, and from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekends. For room service, please make your request at reception upon arrival.

* Our suppliers: bread, pastries and baked goods by Jean-François Foucher; gluten-free bread by Jean-Benoît Guillou and his wife; Mont-Saint-Michel jam by André Guépratte; fruit from the greengrocer Aux Quatre Saisons in Cherbourg; and Le Cherbourg coffee by the Rouen-based roaster Mon Café Normand.
